Meet the founders

  • Co-Founder | Creative Strategist | Storyteller at Heart

    Ellie is the soul behind the strategy at Aligned Creative Media. She’s all about storytelling with purpose - helping people feel seen, confident, and aligned with the message they’re here to share.

    With a background in healthcare, sales, and a deep love for creativity, Ellie blends organization and intuition to keep every project flowing smoothly. From client communication and brand direction to shoot styling and social media, she’s the one making sure all the pieces come together beautifully.

    She’s passionate about creating meaningful work that connects and believes that when your story is told with heart, it becomes something that lasts.

    When she’s not behind the scenes with the team, you’ll probably see her building CASA- a local nonprofit close to her heart, barefoot in nature, or dreaming up her soul led project.

    Every part of her life is rooted in connection, purpose, and creativity. And thats exactly what she brings into the work at Aligned Creative Media

    Quiet by nature, creative by soul—Ruben is the co-founder of Aligned Creative Media and the visionary behind the lens. An engineer by day and artist by heart, he brings precision and depth to every frame he captures.

    When he’s not filming, you’ll find him outdoors chasing sunlight on his bike, mixing tracks to clear his mind, or listening deeply to the world around him. His introverted nature fuels his gift of seeing beauty in the subtle and the unseen transforming real moments into cinematic storytelling.

    Grounded, intentional, and always observing. Ruben doesn’t just document memories, he feels them through the lens. 🎥
